Protective Kaadha Recipe

Traditional immunity-boosting drink:

  • 2 cups water
  • 5-6 Tulsi leaves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Boil for 10 minutes, strain and drink warm twice daily.
